Start your day of skiing with strength, balance, and technique!
We start the session with 30 minutes of energizing Pilates right at the Stubnerkogel top station. This strengthens our core, improves our posture, and helps us find our inner balance. This combination is the ideal preparation for the subsequent 2-hour ski technique training session.
During ski technique training, we work specifically on your skiing technique to help you gain confidence and become more aware of your skiing posture. This allows you to start your day of skiing feeling energetic, stable, and with a new body awareness.
- Requirements: controlled skiing on blue/red slopes using parallel turns.
Participants must be aged 15 or over. - Meeting point: Freeride Gastein at Sport Schober.
- Start: 8:30 a.m.
- Duration: approx. 3.5–4 hours.
- Number of participants: min. 4 people, max. 8 people.
- €95.00 per person, excluding ski pass.
